Several R.A.W. police are seen entering an investigative room at the beginning of the movie, where they discover a handcuffed Maanav exercising. Maanav recalls Vicky and Bhoora Solanki as they inquire about "Katkar," and the movie cuts to a flashback.

Maanav encounters Bhoora at his home while returning from the market; Bhoora has already murdered two British officers. Maanav gets to flee, but his lawyer is unresponsive when he attempts to ask for assistance.

Maanav tries to defend himself when Bhoora confronts him, but Bhoora is unimpressed and attempts to kill him.

Maanav ultimately meets a lawyer and fixer after pleading with his management for assistance, but Bhoora shows up and kills both of them.

With the assistance of Bhoora, Maanav flees once more, leaving him behind. When Bhoora discovers the location where Maanav will be taken, he kidnaps Kaadir.
Maanav, who had grown tired of hiding, turned himself in to the police along with proof that Bhoora had killed the two British police officers at his home.

After questioning, Katkar subtly counsels Bhoora to murder Maanav.

In order to save Katkar from imprisonment, Maanav devises a scheme to strike a deal with the Indian Embassy and present the narrative that the government took advantage of Maanav's predicament when assigning him to the mission to find and murder Katkar.
