Ramachandran confesses to organising the heist with his childhood buddy Shyam, the branch manager of Your Bank's Tamil Nadu office, when Dayalan questions him. When Kanmani is sent to find Ramachandran's men, she murders them and confesses his involvement in the crime. Jackson, also known as "Dark Devil," was offered the position by Ramachandran, but he declined.

Later, Ramachandran hired Radha's crew without telling them they would be executed after the theft.Radha and his gang team up with Dark Devil after hearing Ramachandran's confession via bugs planted at Dayalan's headquarters.

Dark Devil gives Dayalan the task of arranging a meeting between him and Krish, the head of Your Bank.

As Dark Devil suspected, the third team—who turned out to be bank employees—attacks Radha and his crew inside the locker before pursuing Dark Devil and capturing him.

Dark Devil also admits that he and his buddies had lived contentedly as a family after Krish makes him reveal himself.

Dark Devil and Kanmani determined to bring Krish and the bank employees to justice after learning of this.

Following the admission, Dark Devil defeats Krish and his team and forces him to go on live television to discuss his financial fraud involving the 25,000 crore invested in mutual funds and the horrors committed against individuals by bank employees.

Along with Sunil Dutta, who was kidnapped from Mauritius by Dark Devil's men and was also accountable for stealing information from the NSE backup server of the Indian Stock Exchange, Dark Devil also brings mutual funds chairman Harsha, who was kidnapped by Kanmani under duress.

Krish falsely accuses Dark Devil and his group of being terrorists with the assistance of a media snitch and interrupts the live broadcast. Rajesh informs Dayalan that everyone in the bank would be killed, with the exception of Krish, before commandos arrive and take charge of the situation, at which point Dayalan will be suspended.
